All orders are prepared and dispatched within approximately 3 business days after payment confirmation.

During this time, each order undergoes:

  • Secure and protective packaging
  • Handover to the designated shipping carrier

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Times & Fees

Standard Delivery: Typically 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local carrier operations.

Shipping Fee: We offer a flat worldwide shipping rate of USD $5.99 per order.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: Including both processing and transit, customers should expect delivery within 13–23 business days.


3. Delivery Delays

While we strive for accurate delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Courier transportation interruptions
  • Carrier network delays or operational issues

We appreciate your patience if such delays occur.


4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent.

5. Multiple Package Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations to optimize delivery speed.

Each package will have a unique tracking number and separate shipping confirmation email.


6. Changes to Orders

Requests to modify order information—such as shipping address, phone number, product size, color, or quantity—must be submitted promptly before fulfillment begins.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may hold the package at a local pickup facility or post office.

Customers should contact the local courier directly using the tracking number to arrange redelivery or collection.

HeroMeStyle is not responsible for returned packages due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s required timeframe

8. Tracking & Shipment Status

Temporary pauses in tracking updates are normal while packages move between carrier facilities.

Guidelines:

  • Tracking updates within the past 7 days usually indicate normal transit.
  • No tracking activity for more than 7 consecutive days? Contact our support team for assistance.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package appears lost after an extended period without tracking movement, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms the shipment as lost, HeroMeStyle will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Important: Responsibility ends once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided during checkout. Packages reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery are not covered.


10. Shipping Regions & Fulfillment

Availability: We currently ship worldwide.

If shipping to a country becomes restricted due to carrier limitations or logistics, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Fulfillment Locations: Orders may ship from:

  • European Union

Some items may also ship directly from manufacturing or logistics partners to improve delivery efficiency.

Delivery Estimates: All timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier services, weather, or other external factors.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

Address Accuracy: Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. HeroMeStyle is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses.

Delivered Shipments: Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. HeroMeStyle is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
